Ready to Volunteer?

Be a Volunteer Kids Tennis Coach in the Wood River Valley!

Are you a tennis player looking to give back to your community? We're partnering with City of Ketchum and U.S. Tennis Association, Idaho (USTA Idaho) to find adult and high school tennis players (age 16+) to coach beginning tennis to 3rd-7th graders.

Why volunteer?

  • Give back to the Wood River Valley community
  • Get free, on-court coach training from USTA Idaho (3 hours focused on red ball tennis). You're encouraged, but not required, to attend both sessions for up to 6 hours of training
  • High school students can earn 12-48 service hours toward graduation
  • Be prepared to instruct future youth programs
  • Promote a positive and safe environment for student-athletes by completing the USTA Safe Play online course; teenagers under 16 can be Safe Play certified with parent approval.
